I have been supporting individuals for a number of years working with different counselling centres in the West Midlands including: St. Martin’s Counselling & Psychotherapy Centre in Central Birmingham, The What Centre in Stourbridge and Dudley Counselling Centre. Over the years I have supported adults, young people and children in long, medium- and short-term counselling.
I’m trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist and seek to work with you through present challenges and difficulties you face. This might involve your past and it might impact your future. I’m willing to explore whatever you feel you want and need in this moment. I feel privileged to walk alongside others on their journey towards healing and wholeness, peace and experiencing renewed hope and life.
I am also a qualified Youth and Community Worker and have spent over 20 years supporting young people and young adults with a wide range of issues. I’ve supported young people at risk of, or experiencing CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation) in Walsall and I am a Detached Youth Worker on a deprived estate in Dudley. I have supported young people in Schools, Colleges and adults with challenging life histories in community settings.
