  • Step 1. Initial inquiries

    Something has brought you to the point of seeking counselling. That might be a useful place to start. So, why not email: jenny@collaborationcounselling.co.uk or call me: 07307097043 and we can arrange an initial appointment.

  • Step 2. Initial appointments

    At the initial appointment we can explore what’s brought you to this point and if we think and feel we’ll be able to work together effectively.

    If we do, I’d suggest we commit to an agreed number of sessions, as this will give us a good opportunity to make progress. After that we can review it and either end or continue to work together. There will be time for you to ask questions and space to think things through before deciding.

  • Step 3. Agreement

    Through our agreement we have the opportunity to know what we can expect from each other. This should make the process clear and straight forward. It’s one which is based on mutual respect.

    Counselling sessions are up to 50 minutes
